Stadium Motel & Apartments is a centrally located, modern hospitality complex, owned and operated by Terry and Yvonne Booth. This prime location allows for easy access (walking distance) to the CBD of Hamilton and many of the city's sporting and theatrical clubs. The unique tranquillity of being situated across the road from a picturesque tree-lined council park and reserve provides a very quiet and peaceful environment for all guests.
Terry and Yvonne are proud Hamiltonians who have become well known in the business environment for offering that little bit extra and ensuring that their valued guests can conduct their business and enjoy their leisure, fully supported by excellent customer-focused staff and facilities.
The Stadium Motel complex (14 units) offers a range of studio units along with 1 and 2-bedroom units. A number of units have kitchenettes with full cooking facilities and large corner spa baths. The 3 fully self-contained apartments (1 x 2-bedroom and 2 x 3-bedroom) offer larger families or groups the opportunity to move in and experience a “Home away from Home” environment.
All units and apartments have free broadband internet access. Free secure on-site parking ensures a smooth transfer from your vehicle to your unit/apartment. The recent cosmetic refurbishment of the motel units has seen a total replacement of the bedding duvets and the fitment of 26” flat-screen TVs and DVD players.
